Amanda Kirkland stood at the doorway of the mansion that she had heard of from America. France stood beside her, holding her hand as a cool winter breeze washed over them. Japan stood behind them as they inspected the house from the outside. France had been here before, he didn't have any memories of what had happened six years ago, neither did Japan or Germany. Germany stood on the other side of Amanda, shivering slightly at the outside breeze.

"I never would have thought that it would have actually been here. I thought it was just a rumor to scare little kids," Amanda states as she looks at the old rusted out windows and the rotting shutters that were, as she believed, green. France squeezed her hand gently for balance as the breeze went into a chill. The sky was growing darker with an oncoming snow storm.

"Can we go now?" Germany asked, irritated. He scratched his eye nervously. Japan chuckled softly as he glanced over at Germany.

"You have the feeling too?" Japan asked to both France and Germany, "but why?" Amanda shrugged and walked over to the front door, opening it with a loud CREAK. Germany jumped at the door sounds and covered his mouth as Amanda and France stepped in, Japan following. Germany stepped in last of all. His eyes darting from place to place in constant alertness. The door creaked as it shut itself behind them, locking as well. Amanda tried the handle right away.

"It's locked, damn it…" She mumbled. Something in the shadows moved in the corner of Amanda's eye. She spun around to face a huge grey face, with big black eyes, and a small motionless mouth.
