Oh yeah, tsuchi means earth in Japanese just like the ho refers to fire in Hokage.

If team 7 were born in an Earth village rather than their Fire one……

Naruto: Some day I'm gonna be the Sushi-kage!

Sakura: Don't you mean Tsuchikage, Naruto?

Naruto: No, sushi. I'm hungry, let's eat! (pulls out a box of food, sits beneath a tree and begins to eat.)
