Fenris sit in bed. He couldn't remember the last he had seen, yet felt, Hawke. She was asleep by the fire, wrapped in her furry blanket. Fenris was still blown away, laying with his arms wide open and his bright green eyes forward, glaring back and forth from Hawk's back head to the window. He didn't persay want her to get up anytime soon. He wanted to be alone, and share himself with no one after their vigorous love making. This would usually happen, back when their relationship was active. He would give all of himself to her, and then want to lock himself in a dark cellar for a few hours. He had, and always would, love her.
It was sunrise when Fenris actually fell asleep. Hawke rolled over on the soft sofa, taking in a deep, awkening, breath. She peeked over the sofa top and looked at her sleeping knight. He was on his side, faced toward the open window. Sunlight cloaked his beautiful face, gleaming off of his ivory hair. His breathing was silent and sedate. Hawk stood up and wandered over to him, dropping her blanket on the floor. She sat on the bed and cuddled up to him. Being a human had its oppertunities, for she far larger than her elven partner. She spooned him gently, being wary of disrupting his slumber. The second her skin pulsed against his back, he twitched gently like child, rolling over and taking a weak gasp. His green eyes opened, blinking tieredly off key. His mouth was sligtly parted, his elegant lips chapped from the nippy wind coming in through the window. His ears twitched and listened carefully to her breathing. He could even hear her heartbeat.
"Good morning." Hawke smiled. "And to you, Hawk." Fenris closed his eyes, furrowed his brows, and inhaled deeply. "Did you sleep well?" Hawk asked. "Sadly, no." Fenris sat up and rubbed his face. "And may I ask why not? Did I do something wrong?" Hawk was dissapointed. "Gods no, you were absolutly impressive last night, as always. It was just me." the elf sighed, looking out the window. "Are you alright?" Hawke laid a hand on his shoulder. He clenched his fists. "I just don't know how you could just show up here after three years, take me over, and do something like make love like a damned tiger." he sighed. "I have that effect on people." Hawk tilted her head and smiled. "Oh do you, now?" Fenris looked over his shoulder and sighed. "You look dissapointed." Hawk whined. "I'm not, Hawk. I still love you, I just don't know how I can accept your arrival after three long years of being a damn widow elf." Fenris crossed his arms and scoffed. "Fenris, I didn't plan this." Hawk shook her head and sat up as well. "I don't think you would have anyways." Fenris perched his head in his hands and closed his eyes. "Fenris." Hawk wrapped her arms around his waist. "Hawk." Fenris looked over his shoulder at her. Her eyes were shimmering at his with passion.
