April rolled her eyes as she listened to Munch singing Homework, not liking the song or anything like that. For some reason she didn't like him or his band, possibly because she thought of his band as a "kiddie band".
Once Munch mentioned something about wanting pizza, April had an idea.
He wants pizza? She thought with a smirk, I'll give him pizza!
She then walked over to the front counter and ordered a small pizza.
"Hey I got you a pizza!" April then called, smiling, "Your favorite!"
"Y-You...got me a...p-pizza?" He asked as he walked over and she nodded, "I-I didn't think a fan would-"
"Look I'm not a fan." April interrupted, "I'm just a simple monster girl who is here" — she poked his stomach — "to ruin your" — she poked his stomach again — "career."
Munch gulped.
"M-My career!?" He asked, "W-What do you mean?? And why do you come here if you don't like us?"
April chuckled.
"Because, anyone can come here." She replied before pointing to herself proudly, "That includes me."
"Well it is a place where a kid can be-" Suddenly Munch was interrupted by April, who grabbed the collar of his shirt and got in his face.
"I'm not a kid!" She snapped, glaring at him before shoving him to the ground, causing him to back up a bit in fear, "That just ruined your career even more buddy."
For those of you confused, this is set in an AU (alternate universe).
