Jack used to want a lighthouse to steer him straight through storms. He even stole one once, but it was destroyed in a battle. For a long time, he talked about taking another one, but he no longer has need of a lighthouse. His men think it's because he now has a compass, but Jack knows the truth. He has no need of anything to help him steer his life or Pearl for he's always going to be right now. He's got his heart's compass, the only light in any darkness he'll ever need, right beside him in his Will.
