Intro: Ash and the gang are back in Cerulean. Misty decides to pay a visit
to her sisters. Little does she know what surprise awaits her...

"Misty!" the Waterflower sisters chimed.

Misty dropped her backpack and ran to hug her sisters. Its been a year since
Misty last saw them, and it was about time. Ash smiled at the scene while
Brock drooled over the girls.

"Um, hey you lovely ladies! Can I have your names?" Brock cried anxiously.

Ash sighed. Couldn't Brock keep his hormones under control for one moment?
The girls laughed & flirted with Brock, but Lillie pulled Misty to the side.

"Misty, come with me okay? I have something for you."

Misty was curious to know what it was, so she crept away with her sister.
Ash saw them leaving and his curiousity got to him too. He snuck after them
and followed them to a room at the other side of the gym. It was a small
storage room with an old desk in the middle. Misty and her sister were
standing right in front of it. Ash listened closely.

"Misty, do you remember when you took ballet lessons?" Lillie asked.

Misty blushed. "Yeah, I got so frustrated I quit on the first day!"

-Misty remembers herself at five. She's in a frilly pink outfit leaping
around and falling on her face-

Lillie laughed. "Yes, I remember. But remember what happened after that?
Mom decided to teach you how to dance. After a few days you were a pro!"

-Misty remembers her mother holding her hands up and turning her around
in circles. Misty hugs her mom happily-

"I guess I was okay, Lillie."

"Remember what Dad gave you on your birthday?"

-Flashback to Misty's 6th birthday. She is in the main room of the gym
eating cake with her da. Her tells her to close her eyes and when she opens
them, a little box is in front of her. She giggles and opens the box. A
beautiful song plays as a dancing ballerina turns around and around. Misty
is enchanted by it.-

"A music box. It had a blue silk cover and it was the best gift ever..."

Lillie smiles warmly at Misty. "Do you know what happened to it?"

"No. Ever since Dad left and I threw the music box at him, I haven't seen
it."

-Misty's dad is standing at the doorway about to leave forever. Young
Misty has tears in her eyes. She takes the music box and throws it hard
at her dad's back. He turns around to speak to her, but she runs away from
him.-

Lillie opens the front drawer of the desk. She takes out... the music box.
Misty feels tears when her sister hands it to her. Ash looks on in interest.

"Oh my gosh, Lillie where'd you find this?"

"I guess Dad must've placed it in this old desk."

Misty opens it and the ballerina, just like new, dances round and round.
She listens to the song and sings along:

"Tears that fall like rain, flooded her broken heart. She broke into pieces
and he took the dearest part. She lives her life in sadness with no trace of
a romance, and all that she can do is dance, ballerina, dance."

Misty smiled at her sister and Ash smiled at her. Ash snuck away; too soon
to hear what she would say.

"Lillie, does Mr. ivers still live in Cerulean?"

Mr. Rivers was Misty's dance teacher a long time ago.

"Yeah he does. Why?"

"I think I want to start dancing again."
