"Welcome everyone, today I would like to introduce you to my new invention. The Endopathic Particular Trancellular Device or the E.P.T.D." The man stroked his thick black beard, thin lines of silver could be seen as he stepped into the small shimmer of golden light coming from one of the small windows. He had a very husky voice that matched his very husky figure. He moved his skinny finger along the edges of his clipboard. His bark colored eyes scanned the fifteen awaiting faces, all contorted into different phases of emotion. He took a big breath before continuing.
"I chose you all for one reason and one reason only... You are all completely different. Whether it's by your looks, or your attitude or even the way you think. You were chosen because you are different then the person next to you. Taking that into consideration I would like to pass out these packets." He handed each one of the people a thin packet on the top page it read 'E.P.T.D rules and guidelines.' All of the eyes begun to read the first page.
E.P.T.D rules and Guidelines
- Whatever you do in the trance may affect your actual self in reality, so be cautious.
- This does not mean don't do anything, please do whatever you please, we need to study your reaction to things.
- Depending what world you are in will decide how you look, you will always have the same overall looks such as hair color, hair length, size, clothing color. Unless you change your clothes in the world.
- You get 24 hours in each world.
- This expirement will last a total of 30 days, we will have you hooked to machines that will feed you.
-You will always be in groups of 3 or more in a world, but it is randomized so you will not always be with the same people.
- Lastly have fun! :)
Finally as each face looked up at the aged-face at the front of the basement, he continued his voice getting hoarse. "Now that you are all finished will you flip to the last page of the packet, my assistant Doctor Anthony will pass out pens for your signature." A short man with weird choppy green hair and very pale pimply skin walked to each to the testers, a silver pen now in each ones hand. "If you will please sign your name on the line and initial in the square that would be great." The professor said. All fifteen followed the professors instructions easy enough, some neater and quicker than others. There were 7 really different girls and 8 unique and odd-looking boys. The only thing remotely similar in the group was there was a similar preference in entertainment they were ranged from gamers, to weebawoos to otaku to just lazy people who spent their day on the couch. They all liked a good story... which is why there were all here.
