After Quinn's death nothing no one ever was the same. All of the Gleeks blamed themselves. Quinn never realized how much she meant to everyone. Glee was never the same again they all tried to stay together for a while, but the cheerleader's death broke the bond they all had and the club reverted into shells of the people they once were. Each of them dealt with Quinn's death in their own ways some worse than others.
Brittany, who was actually the one to find the body, lost all of her innocence. After seeing Quinn dead the world came crashing down on her in a harsh reality. She cut herself off from the rest of the world. She grew up and moved far away from the place full of sadness and pain. No one ever saw her after that.
Santana, who was forced to deal with not only the loss of her best friend, but the loss of the girl she loved turning back into the angry viscous girl she was before she learned to love. She became closer to Rachel and together they wreaked havoc on the world. They took comfort in their anger and even though they would never tell the other, in each other.
Rachel changed she was no longer the diva she once was. She changed into a completely new person. Her new best friend became Santana who took her in and taught her how to channel her sadness into anger. She started to dress differently her skirts turning into curve hugging jeans and her animal sweaters turning into V-neck tank tops. She started drink and smoking and sleeping around. She wasn't the shining star she once was.
Puck, who had loved the cheerleader changed for the worse and better. He lost his confidence and wit turning into a quiet never speaking to anyone. He started to focus more in his classes and started visiting Beth more often. He graduated at the top of his class and later gained custody of Beth shortly after Shelby died. He became obsessed with two things working and making Beth happy. Quinn was the only woman he ever loved.
Finn was never able to really wrap his mind around the event. Quinn was his first love she meant the world to even when he was with Rachel. He didn't have anyone to talk to when he really needed it his best friend, Puck had turned into some recluse nerd and his girlfriend has completely changed into some Santana clone and he is confused at all the changes around him. He watched Glee collapse right before his eyes. He has lost everyone who ever meant something to him.
If Quinn could only see what her death did to all of her friends maybe she would still be alive. No one is the same all of them are broken inside. Who knew Quinn had such an impact on the Gleeks? Maybe she is watching from above and is regretting killing herself off, maybe she is sitting up in heaven laughing her ass off at the mess the Gleeks have gotten themselves in? Who knows? All I know is the Gleeks need her now more than ever and she can't be there for them.
