Hello! These are the 98th annual Hunger Games! You may submit up to 3 tributes. And i am adding three disctricts! Yep! The districts are now, The Capitol, District 0, Districts 1-12, and
District 13. The capitol tributes are most likely going to be career tributes. District 0 is an outlying district, and we all know what district thirteen is.
