"What the hell were you thinking jumping off the cliff?" Jacob asked, getting Bella some dry clothes to wear.
"He's gone Jacob. Edward's gone."
"Just because Edward's gone doesn't mean nobody cares about you anymore."
"It just doesn't matter. I don't care."
Jacob helped Bella to get out of her wet clothes and into one of his big nightshirts. He pulled her over his knee and said,
"I'm going to show you how much I care."
He proceeded to light a fire in her ass.
"Stop please!"
"Not until I know you're safe!"
