Title: I Saw You There
Summary: Yamagi muses on Roose and his relatioship with Wrecka.

A/N: Well, uh.. This came out of nowhere ^_^; I felt a sudden urge to write, so I sat down and this came out. Hope it's not too bad. You may also find a bit of Wrecka bashing, but just a bit! I saw you there. You were listening to her go on about some sort of gossip while eating your lunch. You looked as if you were listening, but I knew that you had perfected that trait so she would never know your mind was elsewhere.
I saw you nodding in response to whatever she said. No matter what she said, you just nodded. You were always like that, weren't you? A yes man, as some might say. You could only please the people around you, and never thought about not doing so. Were you always like that, or did something so drastic happen to make you this way?
I saw you there. You were holding her hand and blushing while she talked to Saki. It looked as if you were clinging onto her hand. Were you afraid to let it go? Why? You always seem to cling onto people. The way you would follow me around where ever I went would bother me sometimes. Now I think I actually miss it. I think I miss you, too.
I guess you've taken following Wrecka now. You seem to blush a lot around her. Why is that so? Do you really love her, or has she got you so wrapped around her finger that you'll do anything for her? Would you sacrifice yourself for her? Would you do that for me?
I saw you there. You were sleeping in our room. I should have probably been sleeping, too, but I couldn't stop thinking about you. You occupied my mind quite a bit. Maybe it was because of how you were paying less attention to me and more to her. What does she have that I don't besides the physical aspect? Does she light up a room for you? You don't know this but you do that for me. I can feel my heart pounding everytime I see you. Does someone do that to you, too, and please, don't say her name.
I saw you walk into our room. You were wearing a small smile. Your eyes seemed a bit dazed. What happened? You couldn't tell, but I had opened my eyes a bit to see you. You got dressed, and got under your covers. You were asleep soon after. What happened to "Goodnight, Yamagi-kun"? You have said that everynight that we've been to GOA. Even when you thought I was asleep, you still said it. It doesn't seem like you to not say that. Is it her work? Did she tell you to forget about me, and keep only her in your mind and heart?
Maybe you just didn't see me.
