My Destiny

These two poems are  inspired by the final episode of

Star Trek: Deep Space 9. Both poems are from Captain Sisco's Point Of View.

That's why I put them together on one page.

My Destiny

Lead me to my destination

to my own place in time

I accept my destiny

What ever it may be

My life is in your hands

I will follow the path

that you have laid out for me

till my journey comes to an end

My journey has ended

I am where I belong

In the hearts I left behind

I will live on

The time has come

for me to rest

I am finally home
