Infinity stared at his boss in disbelief. Trance and Malice shared winces. The man was sweating.

"That is suicide."

"I don't care what you think, Infinity, you will do this job."

"We tortured him!"

"Yet he still got away."

"That isn't our fault. We had him locked up in a secure room! He was nearly broken!" Infinity growled. Death sighed, motioning for his top agents to sit.

"You aren't going after him to kill him this time. All I said was you need to bring him in."

"Wait, in as in here?"

"Yes Trance, as in here." The man was frustrated as he ran a hand through his hair.

"But why?"

"Because he has great training. We could use that to get information. The reason you're going is because he knows that if you are there he has no chance at escape."

"Fine...damn-it, if I'd known this would happened I wouldn't have used those curses." Infinity grumbled as they left the building with a silent pop. "How are we going to do this. They were right outside the cabin Alex was holed at the number told the team that it was K-Unit's cabin. "We can't just go in there. There are four trained soldiers in that cabin."

"Infinity, we have magic."

"And they are used to dodging bullets. The second Alex sees us-"

"Who the hell are you?" The three jumped back from the cabin. A Hispanic stood before them, a scowl on his face. Harry grinned a fanged smile.

"We're here to retrieve Alex Rider."

"Who?" But his eyes betrayed his knowledge.

"Oh, don't worry, we're not here to hurt him...again." Smirked Trance. "We're just here to take him to Death." The man's eyes widened slightly. "Ooh? So he's spoke of us? Goody!"

"You're not getting Cub!" The door banged open, and three guns were trained to the teens. Alex was frozen in horror.

"Oh Alex!" Malice sang as he popped beside him. The teen backed away into a redhead. "Aw...don't be like that! We were just doing our job! You know how it is."

"What do you want from me?" It was a hoarse whisper. Infinity flinched.

"Death wishes to speak to you."

"I'm not going. You'll have to kill me." Malice sighed.

"Now Alex-"

"SHUT UP!"

"Rider!" Trance growled, "you are going with us, one way or another. Even if we have to kill this whole camp." The blond froze. "What's it going to be?"

"Cub, no. We can take them!" The man next to the Scot said.

"Eagle, no you cannot. I can't even take them. We know that I'm one of the best out there." The man fell silent. "Why does your boss want me?" He demanded, "you all have those powers."

"Because you can do things we can't." Infinity replied. "Death has spoken, and we, Infinity, Trance, and Malice, must follow those words." Lifting his gun, it glowed green as it pointed to the final man. "Your choice, Alex. Them, or you?"

"I'm sorry." He whispered to the men as he faced them. "Tell Fox that I owe him everything, and when he sees me next time, he'll know what to do."

"Cu-" Wolf's words were cut off as Malice grabbed the blond and disapparated. Alex ripped away once they were in the office.

"That didn't take long." Death murmured, standing to inspect Alex. "Yes, he will do nicely. You three may leave. I must have words with our new member."

Three years later, Alex stared down Ben Daniels, aka Fox, as he was held at gun point.

"Why Alex?" The man whispered, causing the teen to smile sadly.

"I miss them, Ben. Please." The man gave a choked sob as he did as the teen pleaded. As the final shot rang through the building, three figures in the shadows turned to leave. It was their own time to depart from Death's clutches. The man had gone insane, killing off anyone, even his comrades. So the teens, now eighteen, were headed to a new country. To a new beginning.

That's it people, the series is done. I hope you liked it.
