It had started out as a simple task of making snickerdoodles. But, then, it escalated very quickly.

Lovino came into the kitchen holding a rather large jar. "Here, I got some cinnamon. They were really low, for some reason, so this is the only thing I could get."

You held your hand out for the spice. Absently, you said, "It must be low because of the cinnamon challenge."

Lovino paused and put the jar in front of him, not letting you have it. He looked curious. "The cinnamon challenge?"

You nodded. "The cinnamon challenge. Now can I please have it?"

"What's the cinnamon challenge?" he asked.

"It's a game where you take a spoon of cinnamon and try to swallow it dry," you explained. "It's really stupid."

"I want to try it."

"What?"

"I want to try the cinnamon challenge!"

You rolled your eyes. "No, you don't."

"Yes, I do." He opened a drawer. "Where do you keep the silver ware? I'm doing this shit right now."

You sighed and opened the drawer that he was looking for. He plucked up a spoon, looking determined.

"Are you sure you want to do this?"

"As sure as I am that I hate that potato sucking bastard my brother is always with." He went to the sink and poured himself a single spoonful. Although you knew this was probably a bad idea, you just sat back and watched.

"Cin cin!" he said, popping the spoon in his mouth.

Now was the interesting part. Lovino looked perfectly content and happy for a split second, but then his eyes sort of bulged as he began to splutter. It looked like a drag racer taking off on a powdery dirt road.

"Ah! Goddammit what the fuck!" he shouted through racking coughs. He leaned over the sink and let the water go full force. Most of it was missing his mouth, only making him more angry. Whenever some did get into his mouth, it would get coughed up.

You couldn't help but laugh a bit. Lovino tried to glare at you, but he was too busy coughing to really get angry at you. It really was quite funny!
