A small sequel to The Monster Hunters takes place 2 weeks after it ends.
Dan saw the monster smiling at him and leaving after showing the blood on his claws. Then Dan woke up today was the anniversary of his parents he was going to visit their graves. Angela, T.K., Angelica, Randall, Lucy, The twins, Henkan and Sylvia were joining him so this would be the first time that he wouldn't be alone when visting them. He went to Angela's house where everyone was ready to go. Then they went to the train yard and went to the other trainyard because Michal and Sara were buried in the cemetary at Dan's old hometown.
They approached the cemetary Angela noticed that Dan looked sad and put her arm around him Dan said "Thank you Angela." Then they reached the gates and Dan opened them himself like he always did. They went to the pair of graves that said Michal Dorar and Sara Dorar respectfully. Dan stood in front of them he said "Hello Mom, dad I just wanted to say thank you because of you and the Croioa I was able to defeat Dorar."
He then teared up "And I was only able to do so because you two gave your lives to protect me thank you and I am teaching humans more about monsters and monsters more about humans I think by doing that I can restore the honor Dorar took from us." He cried "And make you proud of me I promise I will never let you down."
Everyone felt broken up seeing Dan cry Sylvia said "You know with all that Dan has done it's sometimes easy to forgot that deep down he still feels very sad and lonely on the inside even though he has us now." Angela hugged Dan and Randall and Lucy snuggled up to him. T.K. hugged Dan and everyone else joined in.
Dan said "Thank you all of you." He then said "But now I am not alone anymore mom and dad and together with my friends I know that I can do anything." And Angela said "And I will always be there for your son." Randall said "We all will." Then after half an hour passed they said goodbye and left the two graves after Dan left a rose on each grave. Then as they left Dan still had tears in his eyes but was smiling because he had realized that he wasn't alone anymore and he would never let himself be alone again.
