Don't hate me. I made this right after Sunrise of Power of Three. I was sooooo angry at Squirrelflight and Leafpool... I'm okay with them now, but I thought it was worth putting this up.
Erin Hunter owns Warriors. not me. (but personally, if I did own Warriors, I would have killed Firestar off so much sooner cause he's the worst)
"Hollyleaf, stop! You made the right choice! Lionblaze and I are going to have vengeance on Leafpool and Squirrelflight." Jayfeather sped up to catch up to his sister, and ran right into her.
Hollyleaf had stopped. Curiosity was pricking from her pelt "You think I did the right thing?"
Lionblaze caught up to them. "I'm going to tear them both apart," he gasped.
Jayfeather nodded. "They need to be punished. Do you want to join us?"
"Yes, please."
"If you really loved us, you wouldn't have lied," Jayfeather snarled.
"Well the truth is great, isn't it!" Squirrelflight was angry now. "Look at Leafpool. She lost everything she ever cared about."
"Her choice," Jayfeather snapped back.
"She lost you, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf."
"She gave us away."
Squirrelflight stopped, and Jayfeather turned to face her. "Other cats have been hurt too! This wasn't just about you, and I'm sick of you flapping you wings like an injured sparrow, feeling oh so sorry for yourself. You're not the only cat suffering. Your pain isn't the hardest to bear. I supose I expected more from you because you're the medicine cat; I suppose I forgot howyoung you are!"
"That's it! I've had enough" Jayfeather leaped into Squirrelflight and raked his claws across flesh.
Squirrelflight yowled in pain and furry, and tried to shake Jayfeather off.
Suddenly, Hollyleaf and Lionblaze leaped out of the bushes and bowled Squirrelflight over.
"This is for lying about us and for refusing to see sense!" Jafeather padded forward to where Lionblaze and Hollyleaf had Squirrelflight pinned. He felt the anguish in Squirrelfligh't's mind, but didn't feel any pity. She deserves every bit of her suffering. He sniffed, and figuered out exactly where Squirrelflight's neck was. He raised his paw, claws unsheathed, and swung down with all his might.
There was a pained yowl, and then silence.
"Quickly, we need to move her body somewhere it won't be found." Hollyleaf dragged Squirrelfligh's body with Lionblaze's help into the woods.
Jayfeather waited for a few heartbeats. He had never killed a cat before. This probably meant he couldn't be a medicine cat anymore. I hope you're happy now, Starclan. The truth is always better than lies in the long run.
"So who gets to kill Leafpool?" Jayfeather asked, turning his head from Hollyleaf to Lionblaze, and back again.
"I want to kill Leafpool," Hollyleaf growled.
"But you already got to kill a cat," Jayfeather countered.
"What?" Lionblaze jumped in shock. "Who'd you kill.
"She killed Ashfur," Jayfeather answered. He could feel Hollyleaf stiffen beside him.
"You were in my thoughts again, weren't you?"
"It' doesn't matter. I think Lionblaze should make his move to show that he is no longer a Clan cat." Jayfeather was certain this was the right thing to do.
