An Uchiha Christmas

Neko Hoshi: Like I said in Akatsuki Christmas, I failed at putting this out on Christmas. I hope you still enjoy it!

Sasuke tossed and turned in his bed until he growled in frustration at the vain attempt of getting to sleep. Hopping out of bed, he snuck to the door, hoping his parents were asleep.

"Sasuke what are you doing?" Itachi asked, causing his younger sibling to freeze with his hand on the door.

"I can sleep nii-san. I want to go see the presents." Sasuke whined in his whisper as he turned to look at his brother's bed.

"Later. Oka-san and Oto-san are still awake. While you wait, get over here and stay warm." Itachi suggested as he flopped down into his pillow, his hand covering his eyes.

Sasuke whined in his throat then walked back to the beds. Curling up next to his older brother, he felt safe and warm, surprising him a bit. As he laid there, feeling his brother's breath, his eyes grew heavier and heavier until he couldn't keep them open.

"Sasuke wake up. We're waiting for you." His mother's soothing voice entered his mind, making him more awake and aware of his surroundings.

"But I'm tired Oka-san." He whined.

"Well Shisui's here to take you and Itachi out for something afterwards." Mikoto said as she shook her youngest child's arm.

He shot up, jumped out of bed and ran to the living room. Skidding to a stop, he saw Itachi holding onto Shisui's wait while their father was getting his vest on for another day of work.

"Oto-san, don't tell me your already leaving?" Sasuke asked with a little pout on his face.

"No, I'm just getting ready."

Sasuke sat down by the tree and helped pass the presents out, only to open his at the right time.

"Nii-san, I want to go outside!" Sasuke chimed as he got presents and took them to his room. Coming out, he was dressed.

Sitting down, he got his boots on and walked outside with his coat on. Getting on the steps, he fell over, feeling a pressure on the back of his head. Getting up, he looked behind him to see his giggling mother. He had to glare at her.

"Oka-san!" He whined once more.

"I couldn't resist it Sasuke. You were just standing there." She laughed.

Sasuke shook his head and followed his distant cousin and brother to wherever they were taking him. Turned out, they went sledding.
