Rex and Bobo were just chilling with Noah, and shooting hoops. Rex was up by four shot at the hoop
"Um, R-Rex?" a soft voice asked
"Huh?" Rex asked, then got hit in the head with the basketball and fell to the ground. He groaned. "Circe?" he asked turning and rubbing his head.
"Yeah, i-it's me" she says
"Circe!" Rex yelled and embrace her in a huge hug
"Rex!" she exclaimed hugging back It had been so long since Rex and Circe had seen each other.
"Wait, is this the girl from our spring break?" Noah asked
"Yeah, remember Circe" Rex says
"So, are you free tonight?" Circe asked Rex looked back at Noah; he gave Rex two thumbs up and a giant smile.
"Yeah, I'm free"
"Okay, c'mon!" Circe said taking Rex by his hand.
"See ya, Noah!" Rex called "See ya!" Noah called back Bobo rolled his eyes, and decided to head back to Providence. Circe took Rex to a small café near the outskirts of town. Rex sipped at his coffee, so did she. Later, after coffee, Rex and Circe walked down the street, Rex created a motorcycle, and the two sped back to Providence.
"Rex, who's this?" Six asked
"Circe, she saved me from the EVO when I went on spring break in Calvary Luna, with Noah and Bobo." Rex replied
"But didn't she-" Bobo began
"No! Heh, uh, no she-she saved me"
"Hi" Circe greeted
"Hello, Circe, I'm Doctor Holiday, welcome to Providence." a woman with black hair, said. She wore a lab coat, orange yellow turtle neck, and a black skirt.
"Thanks, Doctor Holiday," Circe replied Holiday smiled and turned back to her work. Six raised an eyebrow.
"Doc?" Rex asked Holiday looked up from the nanite project she was researching.
"Yes?"
"Can... Can Circe stay in Providence?" Rex asked
Holiday, herself, would love to have Circe stay in Providence. It would give Rex someone just like him to talk to, and hang out with, maybe Circe could control Rex. Holiday thought Providence treated Rex as a machine, not as a teenager; but Rex was just a teen. And Holiday saw that Rex definantly saw Circe as more than a good friend. Holiday sighed, "Six?" Six sighed,
"I'll ask White."
"Okay," Rex says, 'YES! He'll ASK!' Rex praised in his mind
Circe and Rex walked down to the zoo. They ran into a few EVOs but not too many.
Circe sighed. "What's wrong, Circe?" Rex asked
"What? Oh! Nothing." Circe stuttered
Rex raised an eyebrow and he stopped; she stopped.
"What?" Circe asked
"Is there truly something wrong?" Rex asked concerned
Circe sighed. "Rex, I don't feel like... I belong here, I-I'm not like you, I can't cure people, I-"
Rex could take hearing her totally diss on herself, so he stopped her with a kiss. Okay, in his mind it was a good idea, but now that he DID do it, he questioned if she liked him and all.
Circe was surprised, REX was kissing HER! She froze for a little, but soon gave in and wrapped her arms around his neck, bringing him closer to her, and deepening the kiss. She knew then and there, she loved him. Her tongue licked his bottom lip, and her one had began to mess with his hair.
Rex opened his mouth and their tongues twinned. They broke apart and rested their heads together. Circe rested her head on Rex's chest and listened to his heart beat. "I love you" she whispered to him
Rex was totally shocked, but he loved her too. "I love you too, Circe, always have, always will."
"Are we interrupting something?" Holiday and Bobo asked on the intercom Circe and Rex turned to see Holiday and Bobo laughing through a glass window. Rex blushed, only to be kissed on the cheek by Circe causing him to become even redder.
