Chapter 1
Trip
I stare through the window a gentle breeze going through it ruffling my blonde hair, my blue gaze fixed on nothing in particular, well nothing but the stars. Even though the city lights dampen the shine somewhat the stars are still shining rather brightly, for San Francisco that is. Milliseconds after the tap on my door my head lifts from the pillow. Grinning like a madman i swing my legs over the side of my bed, standing somewhat unevenly on my bare feet as i make my way across my apartment. Quickly i let the grin drop from my face, to be replaced with a more business like expression, knowing the person i'm about to meet does not mix well with anything less than the most formal things in the universe. Taking a deep breath, calming my fraying nerves i press the button, letting the door swish open. The shock on my face registers a second before the phase pistol raises shooting me in the chest, my world rapidly fading to darkness as i feel my self be dragged along the floor.
Sorry for it being so short 0.0 its only the first chapter though (its more like a prologue).
