I'm actually re-watching Naruto from the very beginning, and saw the Zabuza and Haku episodes again. Gosh, I love that couple. This scenario just popped into my head.

"If you don't rest, Zabuza-san, you'll never get better."
Zabuza sighed. He was still in a mild shock that he of all people managed to catch the common cold.
"Haku, it is unnecessary to wait on me hand and foot."
"I know," the pale boy said with a smile "But I choose to. I won't be happy until you're better, Zabuza-san."
Zabuza sighed once more. If this makes him happy, then fine.
"Lay back. I'll get your food." And with a soft smile, he momentarily left the room.
Zabuza waited until his back was fully turned, then locked his gaze on the boy leaving the room. He was so beautiful, so serene, so divine. It was hard to believe that the man found his companion on the verge of starving to death.
The toned man frowned when he was out of sight.
A minute or so passed.
"Warm broth and chamomile tea for my master."
"I'm not your master".
"Yes you are."
Zabuza almost chuckled. "Stubborn boy."
A smile graced pink lips. "But not as stubborn as his master."
Zabuza smiled, he couldn't help it. They are just times when keeping his composure was too hard.
Pink pigment was creeping on Haku's cheeks. Zabuza liked it when Haku blushed, the pink against the milky white skin seemed so …pretty.
Haku watched was Zabuza ate. He took the dishes after he was done and proceeded to wash them.
Soon he was back into the room he and Zabuza shared. Sharing the room was sometimes, well a lot of the time, was very awkward, but space was limited.
"...Zabuza.."
"Mm?"
"Take off your shirt."
"Eh?"
The blush that Zabuza secretly adored found it's way back to the short boy's face.
"You're shirt, it's sweat soaked. You should take it off."
Zabuza slipped out of his shirt, giving Haku a chance to momentarily admire the ivory body.
Things soon fell back into routine. Haku sat in front of the small mirror Zabuza had gotten from him, untied the bun that kept his hair up, and let the flowing length of soft black surround his shoulders. He sighed and ran the porcelain comb Zabuza had also gotten for him through the length, untangling any knots.
He sighed and looked at the comb. Any comb would have sufficed, but Zabuza sprang for the nicer one. Even when money was close to nonexistent, Zabuza still insisted on getting the best for him.
He sighed and looked at his long flowing hair.
"Zabuza.."
"Mm?"
"You think I should cut my hair?" Haku murmured.
Zabuza frowned.
"Why would you do that?"
"Well, I... I..."
Zabuza liked Haku's hair. In fact, there was nothing he disliked about the boy. His hair just suited him. It only suited a beautiful person to have beautiful hair.
After a long pause, Zabuza said something.
"Haku. I like you just the way you are. Don't change."
With a deep blush on his face, Haku nodded and continued to brush the long black hair that Zabuza secretly adored.
