I love loveless. The thing I love the most about the series is how much mystery it has. I always wanted to know how the two Zeros, Yoji and Natsou feel about each other. So to satisfy my curiosity, I wrote this story about the two. Enjoy

Natsuo rubbed his eyes, stomach rumbling uncontrollably and yawned. He had been playing Wisdom Resurrection for the past two days, not sleeping a wink. None of it mattered though. Not with his determination. He gazed over to where Yoji was sleeping in the bed and smiled. My other reason. Don't worry Yoji, we'll find sensei. He had his doubts every now and again, especially with Soubi's insolent remarks about how little they meant to Nagisa-sensei. She'll come for us, Yoji. She'll come for us.

He streached after awhile and tied back his hair then adjusted his eye patch. He pushed aside his pride and answered his call of hunger. Yoji had been asleep for a long time so it wouldn't be long till he woke up. Thinking on this, Natsuo prepared two more rice rolls. He cut some thin slices of tuna as well, considering how much Yoji loved tuna. Maybe if Ritsuka logs on like last time she'll come. Hopefully. But Soubi will just say how foolish this is and convince Ritsuka not to go along with our plan. This is just disappointing.

Yoji made a loud yawn, then came into the kitchen and sat on top of the nearest counter. Natsuo smiled at his friend and handed him a roll.

" I knew you'd be hungry."

Yoji scarfed down the roll and rubbed his eyes, in an attempt to wake up. " Any progress?"

Natsuo sighed and shook his head. " No sign of her."

Yoji beat his fist on the counter in rage, all drowsiness gone. " Dammit!"

Natsuo ate one of the slices of tuna slowly as Yoji continued fussing. " I know she wants us back! I just know it! Were still important to her!"

Hearing his friend say this made Natsuo lose hope. Nagisa-sensei not once made an attempt to locate them or ask for them back. After they lost the spell battle to Soubi, it was as if they didn't exist to her anymore. What if she has more Zeros, he thought to himself, remembering when he and Yoji had met and fought a pair of female Zeros. Are we that replaceable? His thoughts were interrupted once Yoji jumped down from the counter and raced to the Poniy system. " Natsuo, give me your log in."

Natsuo sighed, knowing Yoji's will to find Nagisa-sensei would not go away. " Shes not there. We can try again some other time."

" Nooo! Not later, now!" yelled Yoji from in the bedroom.

Natsuo left his food and went to Yoji, who was still awaiting the log in. " Its not gonna do much good Yoji, who would be on at this-" He stopped once he noticed Yoji glaring up at him. " Fine, you win Yoji."

He calmly gave the log in then sat beside Yoji. For the next ten hours he watched Yoji navigate through the world of Wisdom Resurrection, desperate to find Nagisa-sensei. Once Yoji had had enough, he threw the controller down angrily and laid down in the bed. Natsuo felt sad over their predicament and seeing Yoji disappointed made him feel like a failure. He laid down beside his friend and comforted him.

" We'll find her, Yoji. Don't worry."

Yoji sighed then rolled over to face Natsou. " I hope so, Natsuo."

Natsuo laughed and stroked Yoji's ears. " Besides, we still have each other."

" You're right on that," said Yoji grinning. " We'll never be alone, not for one second.

With that all said, the two closed their eyes and went to sleep, both clinging to the other. Together in total bliss, for the time being.
