Dave had been walking through Hogwarts it was a war zone dead bodies everywhere the one person he had to find though was Hermione. She was his girlfriend after all. Then he saw her and it made him grin fighting with Bellatrix spells firing in every direction typical Hermione Granger soon to be Winchester.
"Granger duck!" Dave shouted and as she did he fired the strongest amount of fire that he could at Bellatrix and it consumed her and made her drop to the floor dead. "sectumsempra" a voice said an all of the death eaters disapperated and the spell hit Hermione straight in the chest and she fell straight into Dave's arms
"No no no no" Dave said shaking her "you're not dying on me don't even think about dying on me"
"Dave" she said softly "lie to me, tell me it will all be ok"
"Ok" he said taking her in his arms as the blood poured from her wounds "we'll get married and have kids and they will be smart and funny and be good looking they will have your damn bushy hair but that is what makes us love them more" and Hermione laughed at that
"We'll have like a billion kids" Dave continued looking down into Hermione's eyes "and they will all be special and they will be special because I had them with you" then Hermione's eyes closed and Dave cried and for the first time since his mother died he openly cried and there was nothing anyone could do or say that would make him feel any better then he stood up and looked around at Dean, Cassie and Jo all that was left of his family and said
He
put that bottle to his head and pulled the trigger
And finally
drank away her memory
Life is short but this time it was
bigger
Than the strength he had to get up off his knees
We
found him with his face down in the pillow
With a note that said
I'll love her till I die
And when we buried him beneath the
willow
The angels sang a whiskey lullaby
"I'm sorry" he said and then took his wand and placed it at his temple
"Dude" Dean said
"Avada Kedvara" Dave said and dropped down dead.
He
put that bottle to his head and pulled the trigger
And finally
drank away her memory
Life is short but this time it was
bigger
Than the strength he had to get up off his knees
We
found him with his face down in the pillow
With a note that said
I'll love her till I die
And when we buried him beneath the
willow
The angels sang a whiskey lullaby
