This is my very first Twilight/New Moon fan fiction...so pretty please be nice to me. I do not own any of the characters, but I do own the plot of this story...just not the characters. So please enjoy and talk to you after you are done.

Bella was once again wandering around the Cullen's house, when she slipped into Edward's room. Slowly she walked around and stopped by the desk, where her hand landed on an envelope with her named eon it. Bella picked it up and unfolded it slowly, and inside was a piece of paper with Edward's curvy handwriting. Quickly she started to read the letter, before Edward or one the other Cullen's found her.

'Bella-

No matter where I turned, there was always darkness, no matter how far or long I walked there it was still the same. I was lost in the darkness of my own sinful life. The once bright light that shined all around started to disappeared me. Everyone around me found some one to love, while I was alone, still searching.

I thought I would wander around in the darkness forever, but then you appeared out of no where. Suddenly small bits of light started to shine through the darkness and your face appeared in my mind every time I closed my eyes. At that moment I knew, no matter how hard I tried I would never be able to live without you by my side.

I just had to protect you from everything in the world, nothing would ever hurt you again. For you are my La Tue Cantante, my love, my life, my everything, without you my life would be nothing. For Bella, you are my angel sent from heaven to save me from myself...I love you Bella'

Tears ran down Bella's face and she sat down in the slowly, clutching the letter tightly. Suddenly the door burst open and Edward came running in, his face was full of worry. He looked at her for a second, then he walked towards her slowly. His look of worry soon changed to a look as pure confusing.

Edward stepped behind her and gently tool her in his dead, cold arms. He pressed his lips against hers and whispered in her ear that everything was going to be alright. Bella shook her head and started to cry even harder, her body was shaking from crying so hard.

"Bella...please don't cry...there is no reason in the whole world to be crying." He whispered in her ear as he kissed her neck. He tighten his hold on her and rocked back and forth.

Once more Bella shook her head, as tears continued to flow freely down the sides of her face. She buried her face in his chest and mumbled, "No, no, no, I...I do have a reason...I left you alone...all these years..."

Edward just stared at her, slowly a smile appeared on his lips. He let her go and took he hands in his, quickly he kissed her. Then he leaned forward and whispered, "don't worry Bella...you're here now and that's matters...and you know what...I'm gald that I waited for you."
