I may or may not turn this into a series of ObiRin oneshots. I don't know why I like this pairing so much, especially considering I HATE NaruSaku (no offense to you fans), but I do. On with the drabble! XD
His hands were still so warm. She reached out for him unconsciously as coughed up blood, and he gently intertwined his fingers with hers, enjoying what would be his last moment. Obito grins one last time, "Ha ha…I got…to hold Rin-chan's…hand…"
She wipes her eyes furiously, "You idiot."
He hoarsely whispers her name one last time as Kakashi shouts for her. Hardly able to tear her eyes away, she puts her small hand in Kakashi's and watches as that-loser-Uchiha, the boy she looked down on so many times, smiled for her and slipped away.
