Hey everyone, NEW STORY ALERT! This time around, Spyro is up against a new enemy who's tormenting the Dragon Worlds, Avalar AND the Forgotten Worlds AT THE SAME TIME. As if that wasn't bad enough, he's convinced a major enemy of Spyro's to work for him! But this time around, Spyro gets help from all over all the Realms…and a mysterious loner called Cinder. Chapter 1: Cinder
Everyone was bored at Dragon Shores. Spyro was sleeping, Agent 9 was trying to see if he could slingshot a pebble between Spyro's horns, and Hunter was gazing out to sea. Suddenly, a small chain of events triggered…
"AAAAAAAAAH!"
…started by Hunter's yell. This caused Agent 9 to misfire and hit Spyro in the snout, and in turn the midget hero leapt to his feet and flamed the closest object, which happened to be Hunter's tail. The cheetah screamed and leaped into the water, which soaked Agent 9's blaster, which exploded, rocketing Spyro headfirst into the wall. This caused the aforementioned dragon's head to pop through the wall. He could now see why Hunter had screamed in the first place. (A/N: He lost a fair bit of "Dragon's Pride" there, eh? Well, at least some of his dignity…)
"FLYING RHYNOC INVASION!"
"Spyro! Use the Zap Bomb!"
"I can't! My charges have run out!" yelled Spyro in desperation, now out of the wall. Suddenly, several of the rhynocs caught fire, and since they were packed so close together, it spread quicker than runny maple syrup. (A/N: Sorry, got breakfast on the brain…and it's almost dinner…) Then they saw it. Almost invisible against the sky, a tiny orange dot was hovering above the fleet. A few seconds passed, and then a row of the monsters collapsed, their leather wings frozen solid. A few more seconds, and another bunch fell, twitching and dripping, from the army. The rest of the army flew strong…until they were assaulted with a barrage of rockets. They fell, screaming, into the abyss. The dot suddenly sped up and soon the heroes could see what it was. A dragon. Within seconds, the orange dragon reached them.
"So you're Spyro? From what I heard, I thought you would be bigger."
There was something familiar about this dragon, but Spyro couldn't put his finger (or claw) on it. Finally, he said:
"Do you know someone called Flame?"
"Flame? He's my brother. I'm Cinder."

Ooh, cliffy!...I think…Anyway, this is a gift for being so patient in waiting for chapter 4 of "Runaway"…well, part of the gift anyway. The other part is chapter 1 of "New Faces and Old Enemies". Crap title, I know. Anyway, R&R and Ja Ne!
