Beast Boy was in his room staring at the full length mirror. He was trying to figure out how to say I love you to the most important girl in his life...Raven. It took him awhile to finally realize it. He promised he would never fall in love with another girl after what happened with Terra. Terra broke his heart...no...she ripped it out of his chest and stomped on it. It took him awhile to recover. But during his recovery raven was there every step of the way.
In fact, she was always there to cheer him up when he was down. He remembers a time when him and raven both couldn't fall asleep. They would spend the whole night talking about life, their feeling and they even shared secrets too. He also remembered when he first heard her laugh at one of his jokes. He couldn't remember the joke but he never forgot her laugh. She rarely does it. He felt special to be the first one to hear it. Though in the past when they didn't really knew each other she constantly mocked him and he constantly riles her, he cares deeply for her. He shared a special bond with her that he didn't have with the other teen titans.
"Ok" he said while staring at his reflection in the mirror. "Just walk in her room and say 'Raven I love you'...wait that doesn't sound right." Man, why does it have to be so hard he thought to himself. He signed "Raven we been knowing each other for awhile now and...No that sounds too formal." He paused and took a deep breath "I love you, Raven! No too hyper. Yo Raven I heart you baby... no she might slap me if I say that" he frowned.
"I think I like the formal one better" Raven said with a grin. She was sitting on his messy bed with her hood up hiding her face.
He turned around and jumped in shock. "How long were you here?"
"Long enough to know that you love me" she said. There was a long awkward silent. He walked towards his bed and sat down next to her.
"Well...do you love me?" He said with hope in his eyes. Raven pulled down her hood and looked him in the eyes. She gently places her lips on his and kissed him. His eyes widen in shock then his eyes slowly closed as he kisses her back. He couldn't believe this was actually happening this very moment at this very second. He felt like a star stuck girl who just saw her idol or a person who just won the lottery. But words really couldn't describe what he was feeling. All he knew was that if he died right now he would die with a smile on his face. Her lips were as soft and warm as he imagined.
Does she wear lip gloss? He though because her lips taste like something...strawberries...cherries or coconut...no something else...I know they taste like love. Raven pulled away from the kiss and smiled
"Does that answer your question?" She said
"Yeah" he said still at amazed about the kiss.
"It does"
She pulled him into a tight hug and whispered in his ear "I love you beast boy...I always had and always will"
At this moment his old life will end and his new life will begin with Raven the love of his life.
