So basically this is 10 years after Breaking Dawn, and Bella needs to get Edward something for their anniversary. How will this turn out?? Go forth and READ. I appreciate ALL comments. Your thoughts can help me to better myself as an author.

Of Women & Cars

It had been 9 years and 50 weeks since the day I had walked down that aisle towards Edward and pledged myself eternally to the man that I love. Our tenth wedding anniversary was fast approaching, and I had absolutely NO IDEA what to get for Edward. I mean, it was the never-answered question, "what do you get the man who has EVERYTHING?" . Gifts and surprises had never been my forte, and therein lay another problem. Not only did I have to come up with an AMAZING surprise for Edward, but I had to convince him not to do the same for me.

I knew not where to even begin so I went to see my Guru for all things important, of course, Alice. I walked to Jazz and Alice's room to find her there alone, reorganizing her closet. We were practically the only ones home. The boys were out hunting, Rose was in the garage working on the cars, and Carlisle and Esme were in his office.

"Hey Bella", she said, "and, before you ask, I haven't seen what you're going to get him yet."

I sighed, of course she knew why I was here. "But what-"

"I haven't seen what he's going to get you either."

I sighed even deeper. "Come on Al, you're gonna have to help me out with this. I've been thinking all week and I've got nothing."

"I know Bella, and I'm going to help you, and it's going to be great."

I nearly fainted with joy. "Oh thank you Alice! You're the be-"

"Now there's the matter of my fee."

This time I nearly fainted with fear. "F-f-f-f-fee?"

"Yes, my fee."

I started to back away from her, towards the door. "No Alice, please. You don't mean.....?" I couldn't bring myself to say it.

"Yes Bella. Shopping. In Paris." She said evily.

"But Alice-"

"We go to France. I buy you whatever I want, and you are obligated to wear it. PLUS, I choose what you wear while we're there."

"NO ALICE!!!"

"Those are my terms Bella. Take it or leave it. Do you want to have a great tenth wedding anniversary or not?"

"Yes." I mumbled.

Then, with the most evil smile I'd ever seen, she said the words that would seal my fate, "Let's pack!"
