Tails looked at Cream sitting on her bench. He was now fourteen and still couldn't ask her. Why is it so hard just to walk up to her and say, "Hey want to be my girlfriend?" It's one of the simplest sentences ever! And I can't even walk over to her. Taking in another deep breath Tails took his fist and started banging his head in frustration. Come on Tails! It is the easiest thing in the world. Do something!
"Tails, why are you hitting you self?" Tails jumped from the sudden voice. He turned around to find Amy looking at him with the most quizzical face. She put her hands on her hips waiting for an answer. If it was one thing Amy hated the most, it was people inflicting pain to them.
"I-I'm trying to muster up the courage to ask Cream out." Why did you just say that to AMY? Tails mentally asked himself. He polled some flowers from his back and sighed looking deeply at them. He could handle everything after starting a relationship; it was asking if Cream wanted one in the first place that was hard.
"I see, and you think she might say no?" Amy asked the obvious.
"Well, yes. Could you help me" Tails why are you even asking HER to help you with love, when she doesn't know how to win Sonic's heart. Tails sighed at how desperate he was becoming.
Amy smiled such a big smile he could have said it even looked evil. She grabbed Tails by his shirt and dragged him over to cream. Then she let him go in front of her, and left. Tails couldn't believe it, all she helped him do was move a few yards and stick him into a rock and a hard place.
Cream looked at Tails while tilting her head to see if he grew another tail. He looked back at her with a face that pretty much said, "Oh shit!"
"What's wrong, Tails?" Cream asked in her now beautiful voice. Now at twelve years of age, Cream had developed a stunning voice that could even make Shadow stop to hear. It was a pity she took to only humming with it daring church and in her own time. "Well?" Cream said impatiently but still with the most amazing voices you could hear.. Also over the few years, she had lost some of her patients. Tails looked at her and gulped. Then he found himself studying her. Even though her vocal cords had grown into something amazing, certain parts weren't as large as most guys would have like to look at, but she was just the right shape to Tails. He looked at her ears, the only thing that seemed to grow faster than her body, and remembered all the races they did flying though the air. "Amy had to have dragged you over here for something. Are you going to say something, or block the sun? I was enjoying its heat if you don't mind."
Tails smiled weakly and closed his eyes. Well just remember she's bound to say yes. "Cream will you be my girlfriend?"
Cream smiled and rolled her eyes. "No…" Cream watched Tails face turn from begging to complete shock. "Mom says I can't have a Boyfriend, until I'm sixteen. So no, but you can kiss me." Cream winked and tapped her cheek.
