Shade the Defector:
I am Shane "Shade" Colloway. I am a Conduit. However, the world isn't safe for the good ones like me yet. This is happening because the Unity, a group wishing to kill or convert all non-Conduits, and now non-Conduits think that ever Conduit is in the Unity. I have defected from the Unity. But to stop them, I'll need more allies, who my brother Chris will direct me to, and more powers, not just darkness. Chris then told me on the phone, "Shane, I have a lead on the whereabouts of Eugene Sims." I immediately got my cricket bat, and headed out. I faced 5 Unity soldiers, who also fight with darkness. However, their skills were far less developed. One created a Dark Missile, but I reflected it with a Dark Barrier. The Missile slammed him into a wall and killed him. Three more were dealt with easily as well. The fifth one sneaked up on me, and used a Shadow Barrage- a, extending line of columns of darkness. I was knocked to the ground and captured, but not before I blacked out. But I heard some sort of cracking noise, it had to be the cell I was in. I was right. 2 men freed me. One was Eugene Sims. The other I didn't know, he was the one who broke the cell. I shook their hands, and gained their powers. They brought me to Delsin Rowe and Fetch, my other two potential allies. I shook Fetch's hand, and gained her power. The one who fought with metal told me his name was Jerome. My final target was none other than Cole McGrath. I believe his whereabouts were "Shane! Cole's in Seattle right now!" Chris told me that.
