One Good Scare [Alternate Ending]

Everybody watches in complete shock as the haunted house was flying away, being pulled away by an unknown force, with Phineas still trapped inside. But it was Ferb who was the most shocked, although he kept the fear hidden from view. As the haunted house was being dragged along through the sky, everybody gave chase, however Ferb was much faster then them and did not stop or slow for his friends. His only thoughts was on his brother, praying that he wouldn't fall. Unfortunately, his fears become a reality when he sees his brother stumbling, and falling out of the haunted house, which suddenly disappeared in a white flash of light. "PHINEAS!"

"FERRRRRB! HELLLLLP MEEEEE!"
"PHINEAS!"

The boy screamed as he pushed his legs faster, hoping, no praying, that he somehow could save his brother. Who was falling like a rock, faster and faster, with every second counting against them. "FERRRRRB!" But then, with a cruel twist of fate, Ferb trips over a crack in the pavement. With no choice but to watch in horror as his brother lands hard in a tree, and crashes painfully into several tree limbs before he hit his elbow on the tree's root before he rolls over and lays on the ground moaning in pain. "No! No Phineas!" Ferb shouted as he jumps to his feet and ran to his brother's side. "F-F-" Dropping to his knees, Ferb shakily, and with great care, lifts his brother and held him in his arms as the boy moans in pain. "F-Ferb I-I'm so-sorry-this wasn't-suppose to hap-pen-It was just for f-fun-"

"It's-It's okay-It wasn't your fault-"

The boy's voice cracks as he struggling to hold back the tears that were welling up in his eyes. ''Ju-just hold on Phineas, it's going to be alright." Ferb then hears the frantic footsteps of his friends, as they had finally caught up to him, all of them breathless, but were shocked by the scene before them. "Ferb! What happened-?!"

"Phineas Is Hurt! Call 911! Hurry!"

The startled fireside girl let out a shocked gasp, but quickly grabs her phone, and punches in the number with trembling finger. Meanwhile, Phineas moans again and closes his eyes. "No Phineas! Open Your Eyes! Please Stay With Me!" Phineas opens his eyes half-way and gazed up at his brother. "I-I'm sorry, I'm just trying to-stay as comfortable as I-can-" A small set of tears slid down his cheeks as he gave his brother a sweet kiss on his forehead.
"I'm sorry Phineas, I-just don't want to lose you, you're my best friend-[whispers Please don't die Phin-"] Managing to smile, Phineas lays his head against his brother's chest, listening to his brother's rapidly beating heart. "D-don't worry bro, I won't leave you, I-I would never leave you. Just-please-don't let me go." At this point, Ferb's breathing begins to slowly settle, but tears continuely slid down his cheeks as he hugs his brother gently. "I won't let you go."

"Pro-mise?"
"I'll hold you until they come and take you to the hospital."

Phineas then cringed and grips onto his brother's jacket. "B-but hospitals scare me." Ferb takes his brother's hand in his and gave it a gentle, reassuring squeeze. "I know, but they'll make you better, and they'll make you comfortable too."

"I-I'm still scared-"
"It'll be okay, trust me. It may be scary at first, but you'll soon be back to yourself again, I can promise you that Phin."

Giving his brother a grateful smile, Phineas lays his head against his brother's chest. Pretty soon, the sound of sirens could be heard. "I love you Ferb, you're the best brother." Ferb gave his brother another sweet kiss. "And I love you too Phineas." A white van soon pulls up on the scene. "And don't be afraid, it'll be alright, I promise."
Phineas closed his eyes once again. "Phineas?"

"I know bro, I know."
