Hi! I haven't updated for a while, and I should probably be working on Forgotten Marauders, but I had an idea the other night and couldn't help myself!

Disclaimer: I do not own Soul Eater.

Soul POV

"Let me get this straight," I said to Maka. My meister can be so frustrating sometimes! I can't believe what she's telling me. "You've never been to a live theater?"

"Nope, never," She affirmed. Unthinkable. Everyone's got to go to the theater at least once! "Black Star and Tsubaki, haven't either!"

That, I could understand. Why would anyone take Black Star to a theater? That would be disastrous. But Maka ought to go at least once. So I got us tickets to the musical at the local theater. It was a good one; I'd seen it before.

*Timeskip to the night of the musical*

Guess who we bumped into going to the show? Everyone who guessed Black Star, Tsubaki, Kid, Liz, and Patty is spot on. We literally bumped into them, and after much apologizing, we learned that they were going to the same place we were. Apparently, it was Kid's idea. Upon learning that only one of his weapons had been to a musical, he insisted they come see it with him, and felt that Black Star and Tsubaki should have the experience as well. Naturally, Black Star had loved the idea, and Tsubaki had hesitantly agreed with him.

So now we were walking down to the theater together, everyone (except Black Star) worried about what would happen in the next few hours.

Of course, as soon as we sat down, Black Star noticed all the spotlights. He immediately tried to go upto the stage, barely held back by Tsubaki's efforts. About half an hour into the play, I glanced at what was Black Star's seat. It was empty. I passed this information around, and the assassin was soon found on top of a spotlight ready to jump down. Before any of us could do anything…

"I am the great Black Star! Recognize and worship your god!" he yelled from the stage. Ironically, it actually made sense with the plot at that point, sort of, and almost everybody just went with it as part of the play made up by the director. And clapped. Black Star looked really happy, and I think we were frozen in shock. Tsubaki was the first one to recognize what was happening, and went up to the front to apologize and remove Black Star. Then a musical number started and Black Star began a speech at the same time. Let's just say it didn't sound good. Kid went to help Tsubaki, and the rest of us soon followed. Together we managed to get Black Star offstage, but he would not stop lecturing. And so he continued to ruin the music. Eventually, Liz came up with the idea of duct tape, and Patty produced some (I have no idea why she would carry around duct tape, but then again, she is Patty).

Black Star was forcibly tied to a chair and gagged for the remainder of the show. Afterwards, he complained to Tsubaki extensively, and she somehow managed to listen politely (Probably just a side effect of being around Black Star all the time).

Later, I found out that Maka had enjoyed it and wanted to go back, preferably without Black Star. At least tonight wasn't a total loss…
