This is after Will has returned to her and she has left their son in his place. Because she could not take care of both of them.
She took her husband and leaving their son with her mom. She hoped to return for their son when William was well and could be returned.
She hoped her mom and those at the sanctuary would forgive her for her sons actions. But she knew by helping Will she would not only help herself but all of them.
She hoped to show him some of the new things she had to learn to help their son.
But getting him well was all she could hope for. For she missed him more than actions

If only my mom had not been so excited and come into the room as my son because he was still video chatting with me. I would not have seen her. My son would not have seen his mother try to kill his grandmother. Will would not have tried and hold me back and been injured because of it. He almost died and my son saw some of it. If only?
But my husband, Liam's father recovered after all that happened.
With the help of my mother he was even able to free me from the cabals control. Dr. William Zimmerman the finest man I know. For he never gave up on me. Saved me, even gave me a son. May he live forever.
