~~~Tsuna's POV~~~
The rapid tapping of my shoes hitting the ground was the only sound I could hear, besides for my loud breathing and the distant calls of the bullies chasing me. I rounded a corner before continuing my sprint until I reached the mouth of the alley.
I slowed to a walk and began attempting to blend in with the crowd. I slowly made my way home while sticking to the more crowded streets. When I finally made it home, I switched my shoes for slippers and went to my room after telling mom that I was home.
As soon as I reached my room, I collapsed onto my bed in order to relax a little before doing my homework. I turned my head to the left to see the picture frame that sat on my desk.
The frame itself was simple, but picture inside of it was one of my most prized possessions. It was the last picture I took before I became like this. The picture showed two smiling boys of about seven years of age.
The one on the left had black hair and brown eyes, while the one on the right had spiky, gravity-defying brown hair and large brown eyes. The picture was obviously taken at the park.
It had been one of the happiest days of my life until they struck. I had been playing with Takeshi by kicking a ball back and forth, when I accidently kicked it to hard and it went flying into the forest. We had followed it into the woods, thinking it hadn't gone too far. We searched for it for a few minutes, before giving up and beginning to head back.
We were almost out of the forest when I heard Takeshi gasp. I didn't even have time to look at him before I felt someone hit me on the back of the neck. I had passed out before I even hit the floor. I tightly gripped the sheets as I remember what happened next.
I shook my head to rid myself of those thoughts. I sat up and grabbed my bag off the floor and moved to my desk in order to complete my homework.
When I finally finished my homework, I noticed that it was already seven o'clock so, I put my work away and heading out of my bedroom towards the dining room/kitchen, knowing that dinner would be ready soon.
I reached the room right when mom was beginning to place the food on the table. "Oh, Tsu-kun! I was just about to go get you!" She said with a large smile on her face. I smiled back at her and moved to help her set up the table. When we finished setting the table, we sat down and dug in.
Mom would ask questions every once in a while and I would answer accordingly. This process continued on until mom pulled a flyer out of her pocket and showed it to me with a happy smile.
I took it from her and read it as she said, "I called him earlier! He should be arriving sometime tomorrow! Isn't this great?" When I got to the name at the bottom, I blinked in surprise. My head snapped and I said, "Mom, this looks like a scam to me." She seemed disappointed by this and I flinched in slight guilt, but if this Reborn was the Reborn that I was thinking of, then I don't want him anywhere near my mom.
I sighed and got up to put my plate in the sink. I told mom that I was going to my room before heading straight there. I locked the door once I was inside and grabbed my laptop before sitting on my bed and starting the laptop up. I made sure I comfortable before starting the long and grueling process of hacking into Vongola's database. Please, don't let this Reborn be who I think it is.
