Time to take written? 19 minutes :)
Cloudy or clear,
Your hearts are a blear,
A sigh for sore eyes,
Adamant and feared.
.
Whilst you're fighting or playing,
Losing or winning,
I see you,
But you can't see me.
.
Tucked away into our reality,
Seeing but not believing,
Why are you different,
From any old Alice?
.
Is it because you're weak?
Slimy?
Big?
Tall?
Scary?
Or,
Hairy?
Nobody knows,
except me.
I am a Nightmare.
.
So can you give me a reason,
Why Alyss is simply Alyss?
Or Jennifer is Jennifer?
Cecile is Cecile?
Laura is Laura.
Oh, but there's one!
One called Alice, an Alice that's Alice!
In this make-believe...
world.
.
Can you see it now!
Your heart shattering to a million pieces?
Bored and tired,
You start to believe!
Yet you do not see,
What lies behind the glamor and seas,
of this glorious land!
We call Wonderland~
.
An eye-for-an-eye,
A tooth-for-a-tooth,
A life-for-a-life!
Because when you ride the swift Jubjub Bird (Hold on tight! You might fall!)
You shall have fun!
Or,
Swim with the swift fishes (tell them you want caviar! But from a safe distance!),
Have tea and laugh with the Hatter (but be sure to keep track of time),
Steal the Hare's carrots! (You shall have a gun to your head or a merry laugh~),
Count your coins with the twins (do not trust the youngest),
Help the Mortician (He shall help you when it is time),
Play with the Queen (and have your head cut off),
Or
Maybe
Even
Dance with the Red Knight (A lover fit for a you).
.
And when all this is over,
Your eyes and heart are open,
And when you walk down the winding bridge,
above the river,
through the bushes,
You'll see,
How much time has passed,
How much you have grown.
.
Rest.
Or
Make a home,
A family,
Or simply just go back,
To the little tree and the little house, on the backyard with the colorful decks, Of Kings and Queens, Jokers and Knights, of cards that are delightful and fun. Back to where it all started...
