It was a normal day for Liza, get up, get ready for school, go to school, pay attention to the teachers as they talk, go home say some nice things to her mom and dad and do homework, then go upstairs and think about what it would be like to go somewhere else and never see her foster parents again.
What she didn't know was that her dream would be coming true soon enough
Chapter 1
"I'm leaving!!" Yelled Liza from the door.
"Bye, honey," yelled her mom and dad from the living room.
Liza had black hair, bright green eyes, was 5'2, was considered the prettiest girl in her entire high school (though not the most popular by far), and oh yes she has ears on top of her head. What kind of ears you ask. Well their wolf ears; she hates them because she has to hide them all the time; and since she couldn't wear a hat to school she had to wear a wig everyday she would be going anywhere or any day someone came over. She had always wondered why she had these ears but no matter who she asked no one would tell her, or no one knew. She never knew who her parents were and wanted to know because then she would know why she had these ears.
She knew what kind of day this would be; normal. Everyday at school she sat by herself and when ever there was group work to be done she had to do it herself. Nobody would talk to her or sit anywhere near her.
What she didn't know was that today wouldn't be normal. Oh no not normal at all. Someone was watching her as she walked down the street on her way to school.
She sighed, it was really difficult to sit by herself everyday and she wished that she had been normal and not a freak. Even though she tried to fit in there was a look about her that said she was not and so she was by herself constantly.
The bell rang. Time for lunch, she thought.
She joined the throng of other students on their way to the lunch room. She left everyone and headed towards the library. She picked a back table and took out her laptop.
While typing she noticed a weird sucking feeling and new she hadn't felt it when she first got there. She started to look around but all she could see was black, I must have fallen asleep, she thought. She tried to open her eyes but found that they were already open.
All of a sudden she found herself in the middle of a forest.
"Where did this come from" she wondered aloud. She started to look around looking at all of the trees that she had never seen, never even heard of.
She wondered around for a while until she came to the edge of the forest. There was a river about half a mile away and she could just make out a small village.
"I'll go there and see what I can see."
