THE REBIRTH OF A GOD
I had a dream when I was a kid. A woman with long blonde hair in a white dress pulled me into a hug and brought me to a felid of flowers.
'I have been waiting for you.'
She would say.
I'd just stare at her and ask her if she would want to play with me.
As she smiled, I would get this image in my head.
I was standing in a place were lava pits flowed like rivers and the sky was dark.
I saw myself falling to the ground, tired and bloodied. Then... I saw a hand lowering to my level. Looking up, I saw a pair of shining blue eyes...
CHAPTER 1: waking up and finding you
'H-huh? What happened?'
A young girl with long brown hair, jeans, and a white shirt thought as she sat up from her lying position.
She opened her eyes and scanned the area.
"E-eh?"
Looking around, she found herself in a strange white platform surrounded by low flowing water. Strange ruin like winged objects popped out on each side of the platform.
"Huh? What is this place? And how did I get...?"
Welcome, child.
"Gah! W-w-who's there?!" The girl asked. Franticly looking around. Brown eyes widening in fear .
Don't be afraid. I am the goddess of harmony, Cosmos. I have summoned you here.
"For...what?"
Nothing.
'Well...this is hopeless. I'm talking to no one.'
"who are you"?
A deep voice asked. It sounded strict and more like a demand.
Turning around, a boy in a fur trim leather jacket, black pants, white shirt came over to were she sat.
He had blue eyes, unruly short brown hair, and a scar running across the upper bridge of his noes.
"Huh?"
"You can't talk? I asked you a question."
"Oh! Ah... Sorry. My name is Katie. I... I just woke up here."
"And what do you mean by 'you just woke up here'?"
"um..."
"I summoned her."
The two turned to the left to find a woman with blonde hair dressed in a white dress came up to them.
"Cosmos?" The boy er man asked.
"Squall, she is not our enemy. She is the exact opposite. "
"Its you!" Katie gasped. Just as the goddess arrived, Katie felt that she knew this woman.
Cosmos gave the girl a light smile.
