This is a crossover of Jak and Daxter and Naruto.

Kidnapped off the streets at a young age after having been forced out of the orphanage, young Naruto is whisked away and forced through many, many torturous experiments in an attempt to recreate the fabled Yin Yang release of the Rikudou Sennin. This attempt fails badly, instead of recreating the fabled ability, it creates something utterly new...and terrifying.

Summary:

Naruto is, as mentioned, Kidnapped as a young child from the streets after the orphanage throws him out. the Kidnapper can be anyone the author desires, be it Orochimaru, Danzo and Root, or even the Sandaime Hokage, or any combination there of. he is subjected to experiments attempting to recreate Onmyōton, or Yin-Yang Release. how ever during the experiments something goes wrong, either Kyuubi interference (either intentional or simply due to it being unbalanced chakra wise), the Shinigami's seal interfering, or some other means, resulting in naruto gaining instead the abilities of Dark Jak. Naruto can either acquire the abilities of Light Jak later, or if the author desires have them gained at the same time as the dark powers.

While in his Eco powered forms, his personality is affected much like Jaks would be, while in dark Naruto form, he's more wild, angry, and savage, little more than a wild beast at the beginning before being able to have some level of control gained later. Also while in dark form, either the Kyuubi or naruto's Dark side, or both, have more of a presence in his mind and body. while in light form, he would be more calm and level headed. the abilities should be gained over the course of the story, the method is up to the author, whether by having him have to find Eco crystals, precursor statues, simply training, or even some other method entirely. in this, Eco is a more potent form of chakra, even to the point of being able to be physical (like the Eco crystals or Eco Pools from the jak games)

As mentioned previously, either the Kyuubi or Yami Naruto, or both even, have more sway due to the Dark Eco, and while in dark form can even assume control. Conversely, while in light Jak form they can not assume control. what they're over al relationship is with Normal Naruto is up to the author's discretion, be it friends or enemies trapped in the same body, or even lovers. Kyuubi can be Male or female, i have no preference.

Any pairing is welcome, be it Straight or Yaoi or Bi, partners his age or older, anyone is fair game be it someone cannon like Hinata, or one of the Inuzuka's (Hana, Kiba, or Tsume) being attracted to his beastlike nature as Dark Naruto, or any other pairing under the sun. Harems are optional. i have no preference over which characters are involved with him romantically, and am happy with whoever the author picks.

Bashing:

Civilians obviously (its just so fun). other than them, any bashing is optional. i used to be a die hard Sasuke and Sakura hater, but have slowly begun to let it go after reading some fics that had not shitty versions of them in it. i'll leave they're attitude up to the author
