3 months after the first war
A big storm was tearing on the shore of ORB, near the orphanage.
While the rain was pouring, Kira was inside putting more wood in the fireplace as lacus was singing a song to calm the orphans were who were scared of the thunder.
Caridad was watching as Kira helped lacus with the orphans, and saw reverend Malchio listening to the water hit the windows.
It was a simple night of getting past a storm. The war was over and nothing seemed to get in the way.
Outside in storm, a cloaked figure was running while trying to cover something covered in their arms.
A puddle caused the figure to fall down, and trip. A baby's cry was heard coming from the bundle the figure was carrying.
"Don't cry, we're almost there," said the cloaked woman to the infant.
She arrived at the orphanage soon and placed the infant in the blanket on the porch and left an envelope on top. She rang the doorbell and quickly ran away.
Before long Caridad came to the door and found the infant and the envelope.
She picked up the crying baby and took it inside.
The cloaked woman who had just left the baby watched from a distance through the windows as she saw the baby being taken inside.
She thought back to something someone had told her,
Flashback
Logos will keep looking for this baby because of the flaw in its genetic structure.
The only thing you can do to keep the baby safe is to give it up.
Here is the address of an orphanage where the baby will be safe, take her there and leave her.
I promise she will be safe, and cured in time.
End flashback
The cloaked woman cried some tears as she then turned to leave.
Take care and have a good life, ….Destiny, she said to herself.
She ran away quickly and never looked back.
As she left, Hibiki watched from a distance as she disappeared, and then back to the orphanage where the baby had been left, and turned to leave as well.
Under the pouring of the storm, he said to himself,
"Only two worlds remain. Then I can finally go home."
The night kept going, as under the sound of the storm, a baby was still crying, crying for its mother.
