The battle was a bloody one. kunis and long blades flying every where. Ino fought jutsu after jutsu, till finally her chakra was drained from her body. before she could fall to her knees, a kuni flew threw her chest leaving a bloody hole in her breast area and a large gaping wound on her heart. "INO!" Kankuro yelled have seeing the bloody damsel fall face into the ground. with a moment of his chakra strings he opened Salamander's stomach, grabbed Ino and enclosed them both inside. "Ino Ino Ino..." Kankuro repeated over and over as he cried. And... That's it... that's all she herd. They say before you die you see your whole life flash before your eyes, but Ino didn't. She saw the things she loved the most. She saw her dad laughing and holding her, she saw the flower shop filled with beautiful flowers, and she saw Kankuro... She saw him practicing his puppetry, him walking with his siblings, and she saw them... Him and her "Kankuro?" Ino said weakly as her blood shot eyes that were once a deep ocean of beautiful blue stared into his tearful ones. "Ino... Ino... Ino..." He said over and over as he rubbed the back of her head. it hurt him to see her like this... to be covered in her blood, to know she's dying, to know that all he was good for now is to be there as she dies. Ino closed her eyes and saw her and Kankuro again. She saw the times they talked, the times they hugged, the times they kissed, and then... she saw the time they confused there love for each other. Ino loved Kankuro... She loved him more then anything in this world, and deep in her heart, she knew he loved her too. "...Kankuro..." Kankuro stopped and move Ino so he could see her face. With every little bit of strength she had she raised her hand to touch his face. "Kankuro... can i stay with you?" she said as her hand fell to her side.
