Chapter 1
I met Eren almost a year ago; it was on the day that my parents were murdered. I am Mikasa Ackerman and I was there during the fall of wall Maria, I saw everything from people dying and getting eaten by those monsters. I later joined the military with Eren and our best friend Armin, I joined because Eren was and before his mother was eaten by the titan I promised her I'd keep him safe. Our Graduation is tomorrow and then we get to choose where we'll go from there, but I'll go where ever Eren goes.
"Mikasa I'm defiantly joining the Scouts, I don't want to be in some stupid MP when I came here to fight titans." Eren said in his usual angry way.
"Eren you know where ever you go we're coming with you." I said. "But you have to promise me that-"
"I know I know! You want me to stay safe."
"Eren Let me finish" I said. "I want you to promise me that you'll keep me in mind."
"And why should I" He said.
"Because i-" I said but couldn't finish. I thought about my answer for a second. " Because I care for you." I felt my face turn red, I started staring at the floor.
He got up and walked away "goodnight"he said.I decided to just let him go, it was getting late after all.
That night I couldn't sleep and I noticed Annie was also awake. "You know" she said. " You may be better then me at titan fighting, but I'm better then you at something greater."
I really didn't care what she was talking about, so I just ignored her and tried to sleep.
I opened my eyes and I was in a wide open field with a forest up ahead. I looked to my right to see Eren. I started to run towards him but it looked like he was trying to tell me to turn around, but I didn't want to, I wanted to keep running towards him. When I was about to reach him a titan came out of no where and crushed him. I screamed at the sight and next thing I knew I was back in the dorm with Sasha looking at me.
"Hey, its time to go now." She said.
I nodded and got up, thank god it was only a very bad dream.
