Well, it did happen from time to time, the entire family getting together. This just so happened to be one of those times. A middle aged man of indiscernible descent - wearing a marshmallow coat with red and white stripes, a matching hat and blue thermal pants - looked up from the snowman he was just finishing and took a photo of it. After the image was taken he withdrew a map of Sicily, Romania and began to study the markers intently while stroking his bare chin. "I wonder how my wife and son are doing," he pondered softly while his lips pulled into a proud smile and he began heading towards the sun. "Due south it is then."
Waldo Hibiki barely made it ten steps when he bumped into a massive frame of solid granite, a life-like statue of a teenage boy who was looking at a very realistic map.
When the statue came to life and looked at the waif of a man Waldo groaned. "Not this place again," he complained, at least until he spotted the rucksack on the boy's shoulders.
"Huh?... Dad?!" Ryouga asked as he spotted the easily recognizable top. "What are you doing in China?"
Waldo scratched his head and chuckled lightly. "China huh? I thought I was in Romania," he pondered.
The sounds of shattering glass snapped both males from their confusion and they each looked upward as a woman in a red coat and matching ultra-wide brimmed hat fell through the ceiling of the building the two were standing within.
"Huh, Waldo? My little Ryouga? What are you doing in Spain?" Carmen asked as she moved to kiss Waldo's lips before hugging her mammoth of a son.
"Spain?!" Both Ryouga and Waldo complained.
Waldo chuckled while rubbing his head. "Well, this is embarrassing isn't it?" Waldo considered as he turned to look behind himself at a polar exhibit where his snowman was still standing and posed as if waving.
Ryouga mirrored his father's expression as he turned to look behind himself at a mock up of the terracotta army he had asked directions from. "Man, I thought those Chinese bastards were just ignoring me," he grumbled.
Carmen giggled softly at the two men she loved. "Look, pull out the ropes I gave each of you and tie it to your own wrist then give me the other end like we used to do for family picnics," she commanded softly as she swiped a large green gemstone.
The two men did as asked and Carmen fastened the ropes to her waist before moving to the thick rope hanging from the opening in the glass ceiling. "I can't wait to show you guys the new home! And Ryouga dear, you're gonna love your new fiancee, Selena Kyle," she cheered as a silent helicopter lifted the three from the building by winch.
"New home? But what about the house in England?" Waldo addressed.
Carmen shook her head in an amused fashion. "You always thought it was England. The old house is still there in 'Japan'. In fact Shirokuro had puppies!"
Ryouga nodded his head as his mind slowly caught up with himself. "Wait! Fiance?! But I already have a girlfriend!" he protested loudly while imagining the hurt expression of Akari Uunryu when she was told their love was forbidden.
Carmen Hibiki, her alias being San Diego, laughed softly. "Selena isn't the type to turn away a cute girl," she informed her son, shaking her head when he looked more confused than ever. 'Still as innocent as ever,' she realized. Of course her husband's confused face was just icing on the cake.

"Why would he write this?!" I'm sure you're all wondering this as well. The answer is I read a quip at the end of well-written fanfic.
