This is my second fan fiction. I am still trying to improve, and constructive criticism is extremely welcome. If you want to flame me, then fine. I'll try my best to correct my wrongs in this fan fiction.

Disclaimer: If I was the one who wrote Tennis no Oujisama, I would be rolling in , and I wouldn't need to write a fan fiction, need I?
"Do you like roses, Sakuno-chan?"
I was caught off guard by his question. I was merely helping my cousin in her flower shop, minding the cash register while she went outside to get a burger to satisfy her hunger. I certainly didn't expect to find that Fuji Syuusuke, the Seigaku Boys Tennis Regulars tensai to be here.
Nor did I expect that he would ask me this sort of question.
"Anou, h-hai. I do like roses, Fuji-senpai, especially the pink ones."
"Oh?"
"Hai."
"Well, Sakuno-chan, here's one for you."
"Ah, arigatou senpai."
"Sakuno-chan! You can go now, thank you very much for helping me."
'Oh, no, Takiko-chan is back already. I hope she didn't see that exchange. But I think she does know at the very least that something happened here. Why am I still blushing now? Snap out of it Sakuno!'
"Sakuno-chan would you like me to walk you home? It's already 7.00pm, and it isn't really safe to walk alone during the night you know."
"Anou, arigastou, Fuji-senpai. Demo, I can walk home by myself, I'll be okay."
'Calm down, Sakuno. Just calm down. Fuji-senpai asked to accompany you home, not like he was going to ask you on a date or anything. At least he doesn't know that actually, you like him now. Not Ryoma-kun.'
"Well, I think it is a good idea for you to escort her home, Fuji. Sakuno is still only 12, and her house is a rather long way from here. Sakuno, let Fuji escort you home. I tis late already and its dangerous for you walking alone by yourself."
'De-demo,"
"No buts, Sakuno. Fuji, I would greatly appreciate it if you escorted her home now. Grandma is scary if anything happened to Sakuno-chan. And thank you very much for escorting her home, Fuji."
Takiko had already pushed both Sakuno and Fuji outside while she was talking. The door was slammed shut in Sakuno's face. Both Fuji and Sakuno blinked at the door. Then, Fuji smiled, the asked:
"Well, Sakuno-chan, shall we go?"
"Huh? Oh, erm...Hai!"
The walk back to Sakuno's home was quiet, yet it was a companionable silence. When they reached Sakuno's house. Sakuno turned around to say thank you and goodbye to Fuji when he kissed her on the lips.
"Summimasen, Sakuno-chan. But you were too cute to resist."
Even after Fuji left, Sakuno's face was the color of a blood red rose for the whole night.
