Chapter one- also known as the only chapter, or what happens when you stick the good old randomness of something like Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, or Invader Zim, on an ordered world like the Teen Titans world. Oh yeah, also called the chapter with a really long title.

Raven walked up to BeastBoy one fine day, and screamed.

The tv melted.

"Aw, man!" Cyborg said. "Oh well, this is just the motivation I need to become a mechanic! Turns out saving the world doesnt pay much."

Robin nodded. "It would probably be better if there were less heroes, but if we got rid of them, we'd be villians."

Cyborg picked up a wrench. "True. If we got rid of all the heroes we could rule the world though.That would pay a bit, I'm assuming."

"But there would always be some upstart to challenge us, or the villians would take us on. Either way, that would be a lot more work than just being underpaid heroes nobody's heard of."

"So we're stuck in a no win situation again."

"Yep."

Raven shakes her head.

"BEASTBOYYYYYY! I thought what I had was special! Then you just go and hook up with Terra, and she's hard as a rock! I thought you didn't care that I didnt have emotions!!! That's it! It's OVER!"

Robin sees an opportunity up for grabs.

"Raven, I don't think you're bad because you don't have emotions. You're great!"

"Oh, Robin, do you mean it?"

"Well, yeah. You're really cute."

"Works for me!" Raven says, flinging herself into Robin's arms.

"Did you two forget to take your in-character pills today?" BeastBoy asks.

"Love doesnt need to be in character." Raven responds, glomping Robin.

"What?"

"Well, I gotta go fix somebody's toilet." Cyborg says, heading out the door.

BeastBoy looks confused as Raven and Robin also leave.

Starfire comes in. "What has happened?"

"Cy just became a mechanic, and I just got dumped from a relationship I didn't have."

"So, nothing out of the ordinary?"

"Nope."
