Written at midnight on Maundy Thursday. This is my vow I will not speak until this time again. This is my remembrance of the Day of Atonement.
Tears of Grief
Do not Cry
Do not Weep
For not all tears come of Grief
Tomorrow do not wake me from my sleep
For it is Tomorrow that I Grieve
It is tomorrow that I weep
A Vow of Silence I will keep
From now until it's now again
Only then will my silence end
Good Friday may bring Peace but the day has always been black to me. This is my silent remembrance of the death of my Lord. My simple way of saying " I still remember"
