Naked Truth

A hummingbird sucking on nectar

A bear eating honey

The sun passing between the moons

Waking up in the morning with a sense of beauty

Times changed and on a crash course with destiny

Some stand by while others reach out and touch the stars

Nothing such as this has ever been so pure…so…sensual

A warm breeze sweeping over your leg making you turn your head in shyness

Never had such art been used so deviant in the hands of a couple

Some would say it's an illusion…I would call it a masterpiece

Floating through space…your eyes wide open

Everything has become clearer…and pressing that one button

Shooting you out of your suit…all the stress gone

Passing by the sun and being hypnotized by a force so unparallel

Only makes you want to get closer…to feel that burning sensation

And as you float back into reality

A feeling of ease and passion turns your head around

Making you realize you had been wrong the whole time

They were only trying to help you, and that got twisted lethally

As you hid in your head for years…closing the door on those that knocked

Only to have the light of yourself burst through the glass ceiling

Overpowering those that held you back without consent

Not to make sure you were wrong, but to tell you only what they wanted

And the power and fury that you possess…shuts them down…

Until you have opened your eyes

Walking down that long corridor that separates you from immortality

Now you are faced with a decision…one that will spontaneously combust if handled wrong

Say the wrong word and it goes off…redeem you and may still have a chance

Take your time and look around at those that matter the most

And walk slowly around them…wondering that eternal thought

Trying to look through them and what they are sending me

If I should be alarmed or calm, just tell me that everything will be ok

And hold your head up high as the truth unfolds revealing true beauty at its finest

All you can do is take it in as it comes to you

…Follow the road that leads you to that place in your head…

Where time unfolds, and the bells toll softly

All you have to do is witness

And in the outcome…good or bad…you're still the same person

The strength within you grows into immortality

And as the sun sets on another day

You have left behind your decision for those to pick up

Not for the good of the people, but for those who abuse it
