Hinamori's Truth
Sometimes he wanted…he just wanted to be able to hate her; to turn all the pain, sorrow and disappointment in anger. That would be easier than continue to love her, than to continue to feel the pain of being replaced.
Even though Aizen had hurt her so badly she still chose him over Hitsugaya. She believed him and doubted her oldest friend, the one who secretly maintains the most sacred feeling in his heart just for her.
But her words will be forever marked in his mind, will be a scar on his heart that will never heal or mend.
"Hinamori…"He let her name hang in the air. It was the first time ever since the incident that they have met…and he has so much to ask her, though he is a bit afraid of the answer.
"Yes Shiro-chan?" She says with a small smile and he decides to ignore the way she called him, just this once.
"You lied to get out of the hospital didn't you Hinamori? You still believe in Aizen and you still doubt me..." He waited, he prayed for denial, for a desperate "no Shiro-chan of course not…" but that never came. Hinamori simply stared at the floor, avoiding eye contact.
"I...I-I am sorry..." She said and his world crumbled.
Whatever pain he ever felt, none compared to what he was feeling now. He couldn't breath, blink or move. His body was frozen as he realized that Aizen's letter, even now, his words meant more to her than all the years she spent together with Hitsugaya.
After finding the will to get up he looked at her one last time and directed himself to the door of her bedroom.
"I won't force you to stay near a person you don't trust anymore. Goodbye Hinamori." He said without looking at her. He had done so much to be able to here today, he interrupted his mission he put everyone in danger just to be with her and…this is what e gets.
"Shiro-chan! Shiro-chan wait!" She yelled following him but it was useless, jumping from building to building he arrived at the portal, and before she could reach him he was already going back to Earth.
He should not have asked. Though at least now he knows the truth. She has not been able to truly trust him ever since that letter, she stil doubts him, who knows what is going through her mind. Maybe she think he is the one behind everything, the one controlling Aizen. But he had enough truths for a lifetime. Knowing the person that you love the most does not even trust you...is enough pain for an eternity.
Ever since that talk he wish he was Aizen…he would be a insensitive, cold bastard but at least…she would love him above anyone else.
