I wake to nick shaking me awake, i open my eyes and smile . I look at him intently, and say "what nick?". he smiles and laughs "you silly its time to go to work" I look it him with discontent, I growl and sit up slowly and cross my arms, "we don't have to go today we have the day off today for solving the big case!" he purses his lips and it looks like he tasted something sour, he stands there just looking at me a bit confused, then after a few seconds I break the silence and say, "its okay, I needed to get up anyway cause I'm hungry what is there to eat?". he thinks and says "well I know there is a good pie in the freezer, how bout that?" I smile and say "I think id rather eat here" he laughs quietly and says "well you are pretty damn cute". "well we should have fun then
We get up and I have a shower, we go out and I get ready to go in the museum to get my award from the mayor for solving the case when I'm jumped by a wolf in a ski mask and dark suit, it takes ran to call the cops and three men of the force to hold him down, when all is finished im content with taking my reward and going home, when we get there nick stops me and "says you okay carrots?" I look at him with fear and say "yeah im fine" I know im not but I walk inside anyway.
this is just a trail chapter if you don't like anything comment why and how I could change it
