KenshinBleach Crossover Challenge fic

I have yet another crossover challenge for anyone willing to write it. Personally I think anyone could of thought of it and am myself thinking of writing one. This is simply an attempt to convince others to write one too.

Kenshin/Bleach Crossover Request

I have a new idea just I have no idea how to implement it. I was thinking about a Rurouni Kenshin/Bleach crossover just I don't know how to do it. Then I heard the name of Rukia's zanpakuto and thought to myself about Tomoe's last name: Yukishiro. What if Tomoe became a zanpakuto after dieing? From there however I had no idea how to bring Kenshin himself into the story. Possibly becoming a zanpakuto himself but unlike other zanpakuto being a sakabato and therefore discarded as useless. From there I don't know where to take it, maybe an OC whose Yahiko's grandson or something.
