"I love you"
Naruto gasped at the three words Sasuke had just spoken to him.
Naruto did not reply and when he looked into Sasuke's eyes he did not see hate or coldness but other emotions that no one else was able to see. He saw nervousness, hurt because Naruto had yet to reply, and behind his usual wall of coldness was vulnerability.
It was silent for a while before Sasuke spoke up.
"I told you that you wouldn't like the answer"
With that up in the cold air the 'Great Sasuke Uchiha' fled. He would never admit it though.
Sasuke mumbled something as he ran away but Naruto sure had heard it and it made him question.
"Why does he have to pack? Is he leaving? If so where to and why? Is it because of me?" Naruto said to himself. With that Naruto decided to chase after the raven haired boy.
Shuffling could be heard inside the Uchiha mansion.
"There that should be everything that I'll need for now. At least until I get to a village. Guess I should get going now" Sasuke said to no one sadly.
He threw his bag over his shoulders and walked out his front door. He left no note to explain where he was going. He started making his way to the gates of the village.
Naruto reached the Uchiha mansion. He noticed someone walking away from the door and heading towards the gates of the village.
'Sasuke!' thought Naruto.
He ran after Sasuke as fast as he could.
"Sasuke! Sasuke! Wait up! I need to talk to you!" Naruto yelled while still racing after his friend.
Sasuke stopped but, before he could turn around he was tackled to the ground by a orange and yellow blob. They both toppled over with Naruto on top of a shaken Sasuke.
"Owwww….Naruto! What was that for?" the brunette asked while rubbing the back of his head.
"Why are you leaving?" Naruto asked immediately.
"Why do you care?" Sasuke shot back icily.
Naruto was taken back by this comment.
"You never gave me enough time to reply. So here is my answer" Naruto replied leaning in close to Sasuke's face.
Sasuke shut his eyes tight, expecting a hit or for Naruto to start yelling at him.
Naruto leaned even closer to the pale boys face and gently pressed his lips to his. Sasuke's eyes went wide for a moment and then slowly closed and he started kissing back.
Naruto pulled away and looked into Sasuke's onyx black eyes.
"If you wanted to tell me, why didn't you stop me from running away?" Sasuke asked.
"I was probably too shocked to reply at the moment" Naruto replied giving a grin.
"I love you dobe"
"I love you Sasuke- Teme"
