Hello! I have another fic for, brought to you by… ME! Heh, anyways, this is Piper's turn.

Enjoy! Oh, and find the secret! My secrets are kind of stupid and lame, but I don't think there's a writer who does this. KEY WORD: THINK. If someone else does this, I swear, I am not trying to copy. D=

Enjoy~

PIPER MCLEAN knew she was useless. She wasn't good at fighting monsters. She had made that clear on her first quest by being sick, injured, and generally a burden.

If she couldn't charmspeak, she probably would've been dead by now. She WAS just another pretty face without A value. If Jason and Leo hadn't been there with her, she wouldn't have made it back, much less alive.

She wasn't GOOD at anything, except lying, deceiving, everything that a girl like Piper hated.

She wondered what Jason saw in her. He and Leo had practically taken care of her the whole time during a quest. Next to them, she was practically a beautiful, but useless, doll.

She didn't want to know what she would be known as in history.

The Deciever?

The Rag Doll?

Whatever it was, Piper knew it wouldn't be as nice as those.

Piper McLean was a fake, even if no one else knew that.

She remembered what Aphrodite had told her. She would be the PEACEMAKER, the one who decided if the Greeks and the Romans would get along or rip each other to shreds.

She wasn't ready for this. She shouldn't have been allowed to play peacemaker. She would mess up. The world would end, just because of a movie star's fifteen year old daughter. No one hands out important jobs to a puppet, a puppet who had to rely on others.

They shouldn't have made her a part of the new prophesy.

But no one dares to change it, because it never works. How she did depended on the Fates.

It's after the fight with the giants and Gaia. The two camps had united, and there was a huge celebration at Camp Half-Blood. Roman demigods and Greek demigods mingled together, throwing away the ancient feud.

Piper was hanging out with a big group of half-bloods. There was Annabeth, who was sitting closely to Percy. They looked happy and relieved, like the perfect couple. There was Leo, who was laughing and talking to Jason.

Jason. She and Jason were holding hands, and were finally an official couple. Reyna turned out to just be his best friend, and everything was falling out perfectly.

And right there, surrounded by friends, practically family, she realized something. She was not useless.

She helped save the world.

People depended on her. Her cabin, her friends.

And as long as these people included her in their lives, she would not be useless.

Because she would have a purpose.

Hey, how was that? I admit it, it wasn't my best work. Oh well!
